The Whole Damn Process

This is how I'll prepare and execute your wedding day mems

01.

Kick things off by emailing or DM’ing your wedding date and budget.

If I’m available, we’ll lock in a chat (coffee or video call) to cover timelines, add-ons and all the important stuff.


If I’m not available, I’ll still point you toward some AMAZING photographers.


Once you’re happy, I’ll send through an invoice and agreement to make it official.

02.

Planning begins! You’ll receive my wedding day questionnaire to help me understand your vision,

your people, and the flow of your day.

No rush — this only needs to be filled out 1–2 months before the big day.


I’m here in the background, helping you prep without overwhelming you.

03.

Yussssss, it’s wedding week! 🎉

This is when final balances are due and I’ll check in to reconfirm timelines and movements — so you can focus on pampering yourself and not worrying about where I’m meant to be.


Then the big day arrives.

I’ll show up, capture all

the magic, and quietly disappear into the night once the job’s done.

04.

You’re married, the adrenaline’s fading, and you’re DYING to share photos —

Sneak peeks land within

1–2 days.


Your full gallery is carefully edited over 6–8 weeks (promise, it’s never forgotten), then delivered via a private Pixieset gallery with full download access.

Prints and physical products have an additional 2+ week lead time.
