Do you do destination weddings?
We won't say no, however destination weddings will be subject to flight, accomodation and travel fees, as well as any other Visa related fees for your wedding destination. It's my recommendation that you look into local photographers first before considering a travelling destination photographer.
Will there be a second shooter?
Yes! The only exception to this is if it's a small scale event or lifestyle session.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Absolutely! Session extensions are additional fees, our availability and the amount of available light left in the day.
What if it rains on the day?
Well, we will simply grin, bear and embrace the wet weather! We endeavour to carry clear umbrellas with us and may even have enough for your bridal party (although best to bring some just in case). We have shot many a wedding in some pretty crazy weather, so have no fear we won’t be going anywhere…although if it starts flooding and hailing then that’s a different story. For this reason I strongly recommend that you have a wet weather backup in place, because there is nothing like peace of mind during such a big event.
What kind of gear do you use?
All of our films and photos are shot on professional Sony mirrorless cameras. These are high quality and highly regarded within the photography industry and the results will speak for themselves.
How long will our photos take?
We work to have your gallery delivered back to you within 4 to 6 weeks of your wedding date. Please allow up to 6 weeks during the September - December period.
Galleries for mini and regular sessions have a turnaround time of 14 days during our regular season and up to 21 days during our busy period. After this you’ll receive a link to your very own private gallery that you can view and share as you please.
If your package has prints and albums included, then you will need to choose your favourite images in order for us to send off for printing.
Note: we cannot proceed with orders until this step has been completed, so the quicker you choose, the quicker the products are in your hands! Once your images are with our suppliers the following turnaround times can be expected:
Loose prints - 14 days
Albums - 21 days
Glory boxes - 21 days
We will be in touch once your photos are ready to be received and you will have the option to collect in person from our Pimpama home or have them expressed mailed to your doorstep.
Note: If choosing to have your items shipped, you will be required to cover the cost of postage and handling. Shipping starts from $16.95
Do I have to order prints through you?
Ultimately, no. However, ordering prints through us will guarantee that the clarity, colour output and paper quality will outlast prints that are ordered through retailers such as Kmart, Camera House, Snapfish etc. Ordering prints through a professional print lab will also mean that your prints will last longer and become less prone to fading over time.
